How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery is up to 12 days from the day you order. That covers the supplier preparing your parcel and the parcel travelling to you. It is the real window, not a shorter one we quote to look faster.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order. The shipping cost is already inside the price on the product page, so nothing is added at checkout.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. If checkout does not accept your address, email kolyvanovadiana02@gmail.com and we will tell you where we stand.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. The item needs to be unworn and in the packaging it arrived in, and return shipping is paid by you. Email kolyvanovadiana02@gmail.com first — we will send you the return address.

What if it arrives damaged, or it is not what I ordered?

You get your money back and you do not need to send it back. Send us a photo of what arrived and we refund the order in full. No return shipping, no trip to the post office.

How do I track my order?

You get a confirmation email the moment you order, and a second email with a tracking number once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can stay quiet before its first scan appears — that is normal.

Will I have to pay customs or import duty?

That depends on where you live. Your customs authority sets those charges, not us, and they are not part of the price you paid. Most orders arrive without any, but we cannot promise that for every country.

My parcel has not arrived. What now?

If the up to 12 days window has passed and tracking still shows nothing, email kolyvanovadiana02@gmail.com with your order number. You get your money back, and there is nothing for you to return.
