Things we can sort out by email
- Changing a shipping address, while the parcel has not been dispatched.
- Cancelling an order that has not shipped yet.
- A parcel that has not arrived within the estimated window of up to 12 days.
- Anything that arrived damaged or is not what you ordered — send a photo and we refund you, with nothing to send back.
- Starting a return within 30 days. Email first, and we will give you the return address.
