Products and pictures

We describe every product with what we actually know about it. Photographs are of the product itself. Colours can look different from one screen to another, and a photograph is not a measurement — where sizes matter, go by the size chart on the product page rather than by the picture.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency your storefront is set to and include free worldwide shipping. Payment is taken when you place the order. Nothing is added at checkout, and there are no subscriptions or recurring charges anywhere in this store.

Orders we may not accept

An order is a request to buy, and we can decline it. That happens when a product is out of stock, when the address cannot be delivered to, or when a price was published wrongly. If we decline your order, you get the full amount back and we tell you why.

Delivery times, tracking and customs charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an order, on the terms in our Refund Policy, which is also part of these terms. Nothing on this page reduces the rights consumer law gives you where you live.

Using this site

The text, photographs and layout on this site belong to us or are used with permission; please do not copy them for your own store. Do not use this site to break the law, and do not try to interfere with how it runs.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for delivering the product you paid for, and for refunding you when we do not. We are not responsible for how you choose to use a product after it arrives, or for delays caused by customs, carriers or events outside our control. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
