Who handles your data

What we collect, and why

  • Order details — your name, shipping address, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. We need these to deliver the order and to answer you about it.
  • Payment details — handled by our payment provider, not by us. We see that a payment succeeded and the last digits of the card; we never see or store the full card number.
  • Site usage — pages viewed and what you put in your cart, so the shop works and so we can see which pages are broken.

Who else sees it

  • Shopify, which runs this store and its checkout.
  • Our supplier and the carrier, who receive the name and address needed to deliver your parcel, and nothing beyond that.
  • Our payment provider, who processes the payment.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own advertising.

Cookies

This store uses cookies to keep your cart, to keep you signed in, and to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser; if you block the ones the checkout needs, the checkout stops working.

Marketing email

We email you about your order because you placed it. We only send anything else if you asked for it, and every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link that works.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. Everything else is deleted when we no longer need it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to kolyvanovadiana02@gmail.com from the address you ordered with, and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

This store sells to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Some of what we sell is worn by a child, but the account, the order and the data behind it belong to the adult who bought it.
